MILAN – From next season Kaka will play at Real Madrid. A.C. MILAN - Italy today will have a double training session: the Azzurri, called-up by Marcello Lippi ahead of the friendly game against Northern Ireland (Pisa, Saturday evening at 8.50pm), already went on th pitch for the first training session which lasted one and a half hours and saw the players doing warming up, athletic and tactical exercises and a small final game, 10 against 10. After the first part with the group, differentiated work for Gattuso. The national team will return back to train at 5pm.
MILAN - At the Azzurri training ground in Coverciano the new shirt of the Italian national team, produced by Puma, was presented. It will be used exclusively for the Confederations Cup, which starts on 14 June in South Africa. In this competition Italy will wear the new shirt which recalls the historical origins of the shirt worn by La Nazionale in the 1930s, which also inspired the new emblem. The vertical lines show the details of the Italian flag. The 2008/2009 shirt will be used again after the Confederations tournament and will be used until the launch of the new shirt for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
